Doris advises putting rivals on your team and creating a culture of respect and honesty. She also discusses how to Choose Disagreeable Team Members, a Team That Fits the Circumstances, and a Reliable Team.
• Third, recharge and rest. Dorris feels the greatest undervalued leadership attribute is resting and recharging. Doris shows how Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, and LBJ refueled to lead. She teaches us how to set downtime boundaries, balance personal and professional life, and understand our working styles.
• Decision-making is the fourth lesson. Doris discusses how some of the greatest presidents made important decisions and how we might benefit from them. She tells us to learn from, rely on, and listen to our team, but make the final choice ourselves.
• Fifth lesson: crisis management. Doris believes the first step in crisis management is gathering information and deciding whether to intervene. Dori teaches us how to handle crises by analyzing Teddy Roosevelt’s handling of the 1902 coal crisis.

Even though the response was overwhelmingly good, I will begin with the one bad comment that I discovered on Reddit.

This is all right for me; it is brief and straightforward, yet it has some meaning.
